Over the years I’ve had friends and family suggest starting something just like this but it was always put on the back burner (see what I did there?). At home and 4+ months into a pandemic, I’ve decided to ‘seize the quarantine!’ and give this blog a shot.
A Pinch, A Dash & A Smidge
Aside from baking, I don’t really use exact recipes and I tend to take creative liberties with what cookbooks refer to as ‘measurements’. I was taught to cook by just eyeing it and seasoning to taste. Most of my recipes will use measuring terms such as a pinch, a dash and a smidge (or smidgen).
